Revising Your Order
If you have completed your purchase, and need to make any revisions such as making additions to your order, cancelations, changes to shipping address, etc. email us at info@epochpublications.com. We will do our best to make the adjustments to your order prior to processing.

Please note, most orders are processed with 24 to 48 hrs, it is important that updates are made as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed it may not be possible to make the adjustments for you. Be sure to use your order number to ensure accuracy.

Shipping Rates
Epoch Publications uses USPS for shipping in most cases. We ship media rate and expect delivery within 4 weeks.

Within the United States: There is a flat rate charge of $6 shipping and handling per box.

For shipments to Alaska , Hawaii, US Territories, Canada and Mexico: a flat rate of $15 shipping and handling per box.

At this time we do not offer international shipping, we recommend any international customers find our books at www.Amazon.com or another one of our retailers to assist you.

In stock items will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days with media shipping. If it appears there is a need for additional boxes, or any need for special shipping arrangements, an Epoch Publications Customer Service Rep will contact you prior to shipping. If an item you order does happen to be out of stock, you will be notified the next business day with an expected ETA. Business days exclude weekends and holidays

Returns and Exchanges
Epoch Publications has a 14-day return for exchange policy on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, email us at info@epochpublications.com.Please include the order number to ensure accuracy. At the time of return a credit will be issued for your new purchase minus any shipping and handling charge.
