Content of Advertisements

Advertising should not contain material that Epoch Publications considers to constitute or promote discrimination. No adult material, gambling or tobacco advertising will be accepted.

Epoch Publications reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising at any time.

Payment

All ads must be paid in full 15 days prior the reservation date. Epoch Publications reserves the right to reject any ad for any reason. Advertisers assume all liability for contents (including text and illustrations) of ads printed. All verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing via hard copy or email.

Issue 1: December 15th

Production Requirements

The National Inmate Resource Directory is printed on 20 Ib.paper in 4-color inks and sadlle stitched to a finished size of 8.5” x 10.875.”

Advertiser Supplies Ad by disk

Ad should be formatted for PC in Adobe Photoshop, Indesign or PDF and disk should include all fonts and graphic files (graphic files need to be high resolution–300 dpi).

Also acceptable:

1) Photoshop file saved at actual size of ad at 300 dpi as .tif, .jpg or .eps

2) Adobe Illustrator file with fonts turned to outline and saved as .eps

3) PDF document.

Publisher to Create Ad:

We are happy to design ads for those who do not have a camera-ready ad available. Advertiser must supply the copy, layout preferences, and any logo, line art or photos to be included in the ad, one month before ad reservation date.
